They had a soft opening this week, and I decided to head over right after work.
I got their signature ramen, aka “The Classic” tonkotsu. The broth is a little lighter pork than I’m used to. The egg was perfect. Came with plenty of thin hard noodles. They use a lot of spinach in the ramen. The pork is a healthy serving and had some great texture.
Their ordering system is similar to DTLA ramen. You order at the counter, then find a seat and the ramen comes to you.
