I found the tonkotsu to be much lighter than Ikkousha. But it was just as satisfying. Noddles are thin and hard, which definitely represents that hakata style. They are cooking their tonkotsu for 14 hours every day. They cook their eggs hard. The tiny gyoza is hand made. There are no tables to sit at. There are about 8-10 seats at a bar that over look the kitchen.
