In a sleepy part on the west side, Palms Ramen Yumeya is serving up a respectable bowl of ramen. On this visit I had the Spicy Tonkotsu Tsukeman. The broth had a rich fish flavor and the noodles were chewy. The Karaage was delicious. Parking is easy since they share a lot with Trader Joes and a drugstore.
