This broth is pretty sweet. That’s from cooking all those vegetables. The provided lime helps balance out that sweet vegetable flavor. They put crispy onions on top that are amazing. They are doing thin and hard noodles here. Vegetable based broths aren’t my favorite, mainly because they tend to be sweeter.
