I love Venice Ramen. I’ve been here several times and it never fails. Their broth is amazing. One of my sources tells me that they are one of the few places in the area that do their own broth from scratch. It shows. I wish cooked their eggs soft or medium. But that’s really the only negative I’d say.
This was my first experience with tanmen. It starts with their delicious Tonkotsu broth. Then carrots, cabbage, bean sprouts, kikurage mushrooms, green onion, and topped with crispy fried diced onions.
Their giant gyoza is the best in the area. Great size and very flavorful. I think they are hand mixing the stuffing. The cabbage and pork are mixed to a great consistency.

All their glasses have their logo.
Tanmen. See the fried onions on top? So tasty.
