The white miso here is delicious. It’s really deep and rich. This is in contrast to the miso ramen at Rakkan, which I think is a little lighter broth, but delicious in its own right. The use of corn and cabbage is unique. Thick slices of chashu and medium soft seasoned egg add to the overall richness.
