A couple of weeks ago I made my first chashu. I was really impressed and excited to realize that it wasn’t hard at all. The process was really simple. I used a combination of advice from my wife and following instructions from ramen at home book. I’ll let the video do the talking…. In my next video, I’ll be making some homemade noodles.
