This is one of the newer places I’ve been to recently. It’s been open since Oct 2018 and they are setting themselves apart from the crowd. Pork broths are really popular in the states. But, Kashiwa is focusing on chicken broth. I’ve already visited twice.
This is how they get it rich and creamy.
You can see the richness of the broth just by looking at it. Rich and creamy is the best way to describe it. The chicken breast is perfectly cooked and really juicy. Paired with wavy and hard noodles.
If you are into lighter broths, you may not like this. But, I think this would appeal to most people on a cold day too.
