This place is a cafe during the day and transitions to a ramen restaurant at night. If you show up before 5pm, you won’t see ANY ramen. Plan your day accordingly. Get some coffee here between 8am-3pm. Walk over to Colorado street and get some “retail therapy”. Come back when they reopen at 5pm. Sit down and order the premium spicy miso kotteri broth. Wait for it. Enjoy it. The premium name matches the premium price. It was very tasty, but $17 for a bowl for ramen may be a little much for some people to stomach. Hopefully you didn’t spend all your money on your “retail therapy”. They offer several other more reasonably priced types of ramen.
