A new project that I’ve been focusing on since Nov 2020 is now available at Ramen Directory. This new site is a work in progress. Currently, it has basic categories and photos of the ramen organized. I’m working on write-ups of all the ramen.
This site was born out of my ongoing frustration with trying to maintain a list of ramen shops in an excel spreadsheet. My spreadsheet quickly became unmanageable or shareable with others. I realized that with some effort, I could consolidate all the photos of ramen that I’ve accumulated since 2016 and make it shareable using a website.
