Killer Noodles grand opening is Oct 16th. It’s part of the Tsjuita family of restaurants and is serving Tantanmen.
I was (along with 300 others) able to get a free preview of the restaurant and the spicy noodles they are going to be known for. We had to wait 2.5 hours, but it was worth it.
What’s better than delicious bowls of noodles? A “Free” delicious bowls of noodles.

Now let’s walk through the menu. Fundamental #1 is very interesting.
I ordered the Tokyo style, level 4 spicy. I proceed to put on a bib. It’s going to get messy around here.
Just looking at it my lips began to burn and become numb.

I could really taste the peanut butter and sesame. Really tasty and spicy.
